The Professional Certificate in Education (Positive Behaviour and Learning) meets the professional learning needs of teachers working with students with challenging behaviours, particularly those with disabilities.
It explores research-validated interventions in promoting positive learning and behaviour. There is a particular focus on curriculum approaches to support students with additional needs, and on the function of challenging behaviour.
Most materials will be online and students can choose whether to attend classes on campus or study online at their own pace (subject to University deadlines).
