Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science
The Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science provides graduates who have a bachelor’s degree including a strong mathematical component with a one-year degree that provides a pathway to a professional actuarial career. The program is also open to graduates who have completed some Part I professional exams. Graduate Diploma graduates will be well placed to enter the actuarial profession. Students of the Graduate Diploma can apply to transfer to the Master of Actuarial Science if they wish to gain the additional benefits offered by the 2-year degree.
The Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science is 8 subjects in duration, and will normally be completed in one year of full-time study or two years part-time.

The typical course fee per year is calculated on the basis of one full-time year of study (1 EFTSL). If a course duration is less than one year, you will pay the indicative total course fee. Actual fees vary depending on the subjects you are taking. The University reviews fees annually.
