Graduate Certificate in Clinical Ultrasound
The introduction of echocardiography has made a dramatic impact on patient management in the peri-operative, critical care, emergency medicine, surgery and internal medicine environments.
The Graduate Certificate in Clinical Ultrasound course is designed to cater to different craft groups and in subject two the student is able to choose to study either the ICU module or the anaesthesia module.
The Certificate course has a focus on basic transthoracic echocardiography an introduction to transesophageal echocardiography and surface ultrasound uses, such as vascular access, nerve blocks and trauma ultrasound.

The typical course fee per year is calculated on the basis of one full-time year of study (1 EFTSL). If a course duration is less than one year, you will pay the indicative total course fee. Actual fees vary depending on the subjects you are taking. The University reviews fees annually.
